摘要
目的探讨针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果及临床价值。方法选取我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。给予对照组患者牵引治疗,治疗组患者采用针灸推拿治疗,两组患者均治疗10d。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗有效率(90.9%)高于对照组(78.8%),且颈椎功能恢复时间及接受治疗时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,可提高治愈率,临床应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect and clinical value of aeupuncture-moxibustion and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radieulopathy. Methods Selecting 66 cases of patients with cervical spondylotie radieulopathy in our hospital as research objects, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traction therapy, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture-moxibustion and massage. The two groups of patients were treated with 10d. Then the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group （90.9%） was higher than that of the control group （78.8%） ,and cervical function recovery time and treatment time of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The acupuncture-moxibustion and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant effect and high clinical value, and can improve the cure rate.
