摘要
目的 探讨胆囊息肉样病变各病理类型的声像图特征。方法 回顾性分析经手术后病理证实的 830例各病理类型的胆囊息肉样病变的声像图表现。结果 830例胆囊息肉样病变中 ,胆固醇性息肉 672例 ,炎性息肉 1 0 8例 ,单纯性腺瘤 1 4例 ,乳头状腺瘤 2 8例 ,腺肌瘤 8例。其中腺瘤的声像图特征是均为单发 ,直径多在 0 .8cm以上 ,大多有蒂。结论 声像图上 ,根据息肉数目、大小、形态、蒂宽窄等状况 ,可初步判断其性质 ,指导临床正确诊疗处理。
Objective To find out the ultrasonographic characteristics of different pathological types of polypoid lesion(PL)of gallbladder.Methods The ultrasonogram of 830 patients with polypoid lesion of gallbladder were netrospectivelstudied and compared with the results of pathology aposf operation.Results In the 830 cases of the polyp,672 were cholesterol polyp,108 were intlammatory polyp,14 simplex adenoma,28 mastoid adenoma and 8 muscle adenoma.All the adenoma are presenred as single polyp,whore diameter was 0.8 cm or larger,mort of them with pedicel.Conclusions A according to the number and size of the polyp and the shape of its pedicel under ultrasonography we could judge its characteristice,and might thus provide some useful information for the clinical treatment to a certain extent.
