摘要
为保证出库质量,防止混烟发生,研制一种烟箱条码检测系统环形扫码装置,安装在卷烟出库的伸缩皮带机上,具备同时扫描一号工程条码和烟箱条码,并与系统中预先设定的出库卷烟规格进行对比,如果全部一致则予以放行,如果不一致则声光报警并停止成品出库伸缩皮带机,在人工处置确认后再予以放行,确保出库卷烟规格、烟箱所装条烟与一号工程码品牌规格全部匹配。本装置可避免出库混烟发生,防止出错烟,保证卷烟成品出库质量,减少市场退烟。
In order to ensure the quality of library to prevent mixed cigarette occurrence,development of a cigarette box code detection system circular scan code device,installed on the cigarette out of the library of telescopic belt conveyor,with scanning at the same time,engineering barcode and cigarette box code and system in the preset library cigarette specifications and compared,if all the agreement,to be released;if the inconsistency of sound and light alarm and stop the finished goods warehouse telescopic belt conveyor,after manual handling confirmation again to be released,ensure outbound cigarette size,a cigarette box installed a cigarette and a project code brand specifications all matching. The device can avoid the occurrence of a warehouse,prevent the cigarette from the cigarette,guarantee the quality of the finished product of the cigarette,and reduce the cigarette out of the market.
