摘要
目的妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症临床分析进行探讨。方法随机选取2011年1月~2014年1月期间我院妇产科收治的34例妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者,所有患者采用一次性病症清除术及术后对症用药治疗,观察患者临床治愈及术后2年回访情况。结果 34例患者经手术治疗后均痊愈,术后2年随访无复发恶变情况,治疗有效率100%。结论针对手术切口子宫内膜异位症的患者,采用一次性病症清除术及术后对症用药治疗,治疗效果好,复发率低。
Objective： To investigate the clinical analysis of the surgical incision of endometriosis in obstetrics and gynecology. Method randomly selected from January 2011 to January 2014 period in our hospital, Depa^rnent of Obstetrics and Gynecology of 34 cases of gynecological obstetric surgery incision endometriosis patients. All patients using disposable disease removal surgery and postoperative symptomatic drug treatment, observation of patients with clinical curative surgery and 2 year return. Results 34 patients were cured by surgical treatment, postoperative follow-up of 2 years without recurrence of malignant cases, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion for the patients with endometriosis, the treatment effect is good, the treatment effect is good, and the recurrence rate is low.
