摘要
通过对我国现行的警察招录考试体能测试项目和标准进行分析,发现现行的招警体能测试存在项目设置针对性、客观性不足,标准制定过低等问题。根据警察职业特点,结合公安民警招录体制改革的背景,提出取消纵跳摸高、男子1000m跑、女子800m跑3个测试项目,增加握力、引体向上、仰卧起坐、立定跳远、100m跑、1500m跑6个测试项目,将体能测试由达标性测试改为选拔性测试等改进建议。
Through analyzing physical fitness test items and standards in our present police recruitment,it is found that there are some defects in our present police recruitment,such as weak target and objectivity in items setting and low standards. Based on police's profession characteristics and combined with the background of police recruitment system reform,the paper suggests to cancel 3 test items of"jump and reach",men's running 1000 meters,women's running 800 meters,increase 6 items of grip power,pull- up chinning,sit- up,standing long jump,100 meters running,1500 meters running and change physical fitness test into selection test.
