摘要
本试验选取4月龄洼地绵羊公羊27只,平均体重(20±0.50)kg,按随机区组原则分为3组,每组9只,以研究天然草原青干草对农区洼地绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能和经济效益的影响。试验Ⅰ组饲喂天然草原青干草,试验Ⅱ组饲喂青贮玉米秸和花生秧,试验Ⅲ组饲喂青贮玉米秸和苜蓿,饲养试验期105d,其中预试期15d,正试期90d。结果表明,3个试验组间的总增重和平均日增重差异不显著;料重比试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组相比差异不显著,但试验Ⅰ组比试验Ⅱ组降低4.55%,与试验Ⅲ组相比差异显著(P<0.05),显著降低11.29%;3个试验组间体高、体长和胸围增加值差异不显著;屠宰率试验Ⅰ组比试验Ⅱ组提高1.22%,比试验Ⅲ组降低2.33%,3个试验组间差异不显著;胴体净肉率试验Ⅰ组最高,为37.83%,分别比试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组提高2.97%、1.26%,3个试验组间差异不显著;肉骨比试验Ⅰ组比试验Ⅱ组提高1.56%,比试验Ⅲ组低3.35%,3个试验组间差异不显著;3个试验组的眼肌面积大小比较接近,但试验Ⅰ组最大,分别比试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组大0.57%、7.30%;试验Ⅰ组盈利额最大,为492.15元,分别比试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ多41.31和150.74元。综合研究表明,天然草原青干草对农区洼地绵羊的生长性能和屠宰性能都有促进作用,且能够提高肉羊养殖的经济效益。
A total of 27 Wadi sheep weighing（20±0.50）kg at age 4 months were randomly divided into 3groups to investigate the effects of natural grass hay on their growth,carcass traits and economic profitability in arable regions.The three treatment groups were fed with natural grass hay（Ⅰ）,maize silage and peanut vine（Ⅱ）,and maize silage and alfalfa（Ⅲ）.The experiment lasted 105 d,including apreliminary trial period（15d）and the trial period proper（90d）.The results showed that there was no significant difference in total and average daily weight gain among the three treatments.The feed to gain ratio of treatmentⅠ was 4.55%and 11.29%lower than treatmentsⅡ andⅢ（P〈0.05）respectively.There were no significant differences in the animals＇ increasing body height,body length and chest among the three treatments.There was no significant difference in dressing percentage;treatment Ⅰ was 1.22% higher than Ⅱ and 2.33% lower than Ⅲ.There was no significant difference in carcass net muscle percentage;the highest was 37.83%inⅠ,which was higher than Ⅱ and Ⅲ by 2.97% and 1.26% respectively.There was no significant difference in meat-bone ratio,withⅠ higher thanⅡ by 1.56%and lower thanⅢ by 3.35%.The eye muscle areas were similar in the three treatments,with Ⅰthe highest,0.57% higher than Ⅱ and 7.30% higher than Ⅲ.The profitability of treatmentⅠ was the highest at 492.15 yuan,higher thanⅡandⅢ by 41.31 yuan and 150.74 yuan respectively.In conclusion,natural grass hay can promote the growth,carcass traits and profitability of Wadi sheep.
