摘要
以金融机构的人力资源管理为中心,研讨了人力资源管理过程中金融机构容易出现的问题,提供了建立金融机构正确的人力资源理念,优化金融机构人力资源的培训制度体系,完善金融机构薪资奖惩机制,建立金融机构的人才良性竞争机制,加强对金融机构人力资源考核和评价的策略和方法,为金融机构实现市场化、规范化的人力资源管理工作提供参考。
This paper focused on human resource management of financial institutions,discussed the problems in the process of human resource management,provided the correct concept of human resources in financial institutions,optimized the training system of human resources,established talent competition mechanism and strengthened strategies and methods for assessment and evaluation of human resources,so as to provide a reference for achieving marketoriented and standardized human resources management.
