磨削导轨表面的分形接触模型

摘要 导轨是机床最重要的结合面之一,其接触特性对机床的性能具有极其重要的影响。磨削形成的导轨表面形貌具有明显的各向异性,现有的分形理论无法对其接触特性进行预测。通过对磨削导轨表面的微观形貌的测量,提取了表面的分形参数及微凸体的分布函数。基于分形理论、修正的分形微凸体模型(ME模型)以及圆柱微凸体的接触模型,建立了磨削导轨表面的分形接触模型,并对模型进行了数值仿真和实验研究。所建立的模型克服了MB中不现实的微凸体变形模式以及不适用于各向异性表面的缺陷。结果表明,磨削表面接触载荷和接触面积呈近似的线性关系,表面的刚度随着干涉量的增加而增加。 Guide is one of the most important interface of the machine tools. The contact characteristic of guide has extremely important influence on the performance of the machine tool. The surface morphology of grinding guide is obviously anisotropic. The contact characteristics of guide can not be forecast through the existing fractal theory. Based on surface topography measurement of grinding guide , the fractal parameters and distribution of asperities were identified. Based on the fractal theory, modified fractal model of asperities and contact mode of cylinder, the fractal contact mode of grinding surface was established and a numerical simulation is conducted. At last, experimental validation of the model is undergone. The model overcame the shortcomings of the MB, namely the unpractical contact mode transition and the non-applicability at special condition of anisotropic surface. The results revealed that the contact area depended linearly on the contact load and that the contact stiffness increased with increasing contact load.
