摘要
目的运用集束化护理干预措施对肿瘤患者PICC导管进行维护,探讨对置管部位细菌定植率的影响。方法选择2015年11月-12月在PICC护理门诊行PICC导管维护的肿瘤患者453例,按门诊维护时间分为对照组201例,观察组252例,对照组给予常规的PICC导管维护,观察组给予集束化护理措施进行PICC导管维护,分别在置管部位皮肤采集标本进行细菌学培养,对两组的细菌定植率进行比较分析。结果观察组细菌定植率为21.43%,对照组细菌定植率为39.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PICC导管维护中制定可行的集束化护理方案,可降低置管部位细菌定植率,从而降低肿瘤患者PICC导管相关性感染的发生风险。
OBJECTIVE To conduct the maintenance of PICC of cancer patients by using cluster bundle nursing in- tervention measures and explore the influence on the rate of bacterial colonization on the catheterization site. METHODS A total of 453 cancer patients who received the maintenance of PICC in the PICC nursing outpatient de- partment from Nov 2015 to Dec 2015 were enrolled in the study and divided into the control group with 201 cases and the observation group with 252 cases according to the maintenance time. The control group was treated with conventional maintenance of PICC, while the observation group was treated with cluster bundle nursing measures for the maintenance of PICC. The specimens were collected from the catheterization site skins so as to conduct bacteriological culture, and the rate of bacterial colonization was observed and compared between the two groups. RESULTS The rate of bacterial colonization was 21.43% in the observation group, 39.8% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION It is necessary to formulate feasible cluster bundle nursing interventions to the maintenance of PICC so as to reduce the rate of bacterial coloni- zation On the catheterization site as well as the risk of PICC-related infections in the cancer patients.
