火干扰后土壤多环芳烃时空分布特征 被引量:2

Characteristics of Temporal and Spatial Distribution of Soil PAHs after Fire Disturbance

摘要 采集马尾松次生林的灰烬、0—3cm和3—10cm深度的土壤样品,研究了火干扰后多环芳烃的时空分布特征。结果表明:火干扰样地Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ土壤的多环芳烃总浓度介于757.8~1718ngg-1,平均浓度为74.2ng g-1,是对照样地的10倍以上。火后1个月土壤多环芳烃成分以萘、荧蒽、芘、蒽、芴、菲、苊烯为主,火后6个月以菲、荧葸、芘为主,火后12个月也以菲、荧蒽、芘为主;样地Ⅳ和V0-3cm土层各多环芳烃含量是3。10cm土层的3~4倍,轻多环芳烃(含2~4环)的含量比重多环芳烃(含5~6环)高;火干扰后6和12个月,土壤多环芳烃总浓度下降显著(P〈0.05),含2-环的多环芳烃含量下降,含4~6环的多环芳烃比例增加;灰烬中轻多环芳烃含量比较高、重多环芳烃含量较少,灰烬中多环芳烃含量高于相应的土壤样本;多环芳烃总量和含2环或3环多环芳烃与土壤有机质及其他化学性质指标显著相关。 The ash samples were collected after the fire disturbance of pinusmassoniana secondary forest taken as research object and soil samples were collected from the 0 - 3 cm and 3 - 10 cm depth. This study researched the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of PAHs after fire disturbance. The results showed that total soil PAHs concentration at site I , II and III was between 757.8 and 1718 ng g-1 with average of 74.2 ng g-1, which was ten times more than that at control site. Nap, Fit, Pyr, Ant, Flu, Phe and Acy were the main composition of soil PAHs 1 month after fire, but Phe, Fit and Pyr were the main composition of soil PAHs 6 and 12 months after fire. PAHs content in 0 - 3 cm layer was 3 - 4 times more than that in 3 - 10 cm layer at site Ⅳ and Ⅴ. The light PAHs with two to four rings was higher than the heavy PAHs with five or six rings. Total PAHs in soil decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05) 6 and 12 months after fire disturbance. The content of PAHs with two or three rings declined, but that with four to six rings increased. The content of light PAtHs was higher, but that of heavy PAHs was less in ash. PAHs content in ash was higher than that in the corresponding soil sample. Total PAHs and individual PAHs with two or three rings were significantly correlated with soil organic matter and other chemical properties.
