摘要
运用元分析方法对国内外有关身体活动对儿童青少年学习表现影响的研究文献进行定量化综述分析。方法:以一定的纳入标准对相关数据库进行文献检索,纳入符合要求的文献24篇(样本总量为8 700名),并采用CMA2.0元分析软件进行效果量分析与处理。元分析的结果显示:1)身体活动对儿童青少年学习表现具有中等程度的促进作用,平均效果量为0.44(介于0.2到0.8之间),置信区间为(0.31,0.57),属于中等效应,且不存在发表偏倚现象;2)调节效应分析表明:不同身体活动类型与不同年龄群体在身体活动与儿童青少年学习表现二者之间具有调节作用;3)高低效果量研究之间比较表明,儿童青少年每次参加身体活动的持续时间为60min时,有利于改善儿童青少年的学习表现。最后,对研究结果进行了讨论,并对未来相关研究方向提出建议。
Objective:The effects of physical activity on academic performance of children and adolescents were analyzed quantitatively by the meta-analysis.Methods:Twenty-four literatures(the total sample were 8700)met the included criteria were selected from major databases,and using the software of CMA2.0to analysis and process effect sizes.The results of meta-analysis showed that 1)To some extent,children's and adolescents' physical activity had a positive effect on their academic performance,the average effect size was 0.44 which was between 0.2and 0.8,and the confidence interval was 0.31 to 0.57 which was a medium effect,and there is no publication bias.2)The analysis of the adjusting effect showed that different types of physical activity and different groups had a regulatory role between children's and adolescents' physical activity and academic performance.3)The comparison of the effect size between high and low showed that when the duration of physical activity that children and adolescents joined was sixty minutes,which would help to improve children's and adolescents' academic performance.Finally,studies' results were discussed and a few suggestions of future research directions were proposed.
