摘要
近年来,情商教育越来越得到高校教育者的认可。对学生干部进行情商教育,既可以增强他们的工作能力,提高工作效率,也有助于他们形成健全的人格。但当前我国高校针对学生干部的情商教育还有欠缺。高校辅导员要结合我国高校的教育环境和特点,采取引导鼓励、言传身教等方法,对学生干部进行情商教育,从而提高其综合素质。
Emotional quotient （EQ） education is an educational method that is increasingly recog-nized by college educators in recent years. Educating the student cadres on EQ can not only enhance their working ability and improve their working efficiency, but also help them form a sound personali-ty. However,there are still shortcomings in the EQ education of student cadres in colleges and uni-versities in China. According to our country＇s higher education environment and characteristics,college counselors should take effective methods such as guiding,encouraging,teaching by words and deeds on EQ education so as to improve their comprehensive quality.
