摘要
重点研究了基于TI的UCC28070控制的一种有源软开关交错并联Boost PFC变换器,提出了一种新型的有源交错并联的Boost软开关电路。在Boost主开关两端并联一个由有源辅助开关和关断缓冲吸收电容组成的有源缓冲吸收支路,Boost的主开关管可以实现零电压开通与关断,二极管的反向恢复带来的能量损耗能够大大减少。并且,在整个开关周期期间,附加的辅助开关管是零电压开关。最后,设计试制了一台5 k W实验样机,结果表明,该电路的所有功率器件均实现了软开关。
The article focused on a active soft switch interleaved parallelled Boost PFC converter based on TIUCC28070 controlled,proposed a new kind of active parallel Boost soft switching circuit. On both ends of the Boostthe main switch,parallelled by an active auxiliary switch and the snubber capacitor branch,the main switch of theBoost circuit could achieve zero voltage switching,the diode reverse recovery loss could be reduced greatly. And,during the entire switching cycle,additional auxiliary switching was zero voltage switching. Finally,designing a 5 kWexperiment,the results show that the circuit of power devices are all realized the soft switching.
