摘要
无模板剂合成ZSM-5分子筛具有绿色、环保、低成本的优势而成为研究的热点。归纳了ZSM-5分子筛的晶化机理和无模板剂合成ZSM-5分子筛的研究进展,其合成方法包括直接合成法及预加晶种法,讨论了两种合成方法的优缺点。综述了近年来ZSM-5分子筛在环保、防腐、电化学和生物质转化等领域的最新应用。最后指出,加深对晶化机理的认识,优化合成条件,提高ZSM-5分子筛产品的质量,进一步拓宽其应用范围将是今后研究的重点。
Template-free synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite has the advantages of green, environmentally friendly, low-cost and is becoming a hot spot of research. The crystallization mechanism of ZSM-5 zeolite and the research progress of template-free synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite were summarized, the synthetic methods included direct synthesis and seed- assisted synthesis, and the advantages and disadvantages of two methods were discussed. The latest application in environmental protection, anti- corrosion, electrochemical and biomass conversion field in recent years were also reviewed. To deepen the understanding on crystallization mechanism, optimizing the synthetic conditions, improving the quality of ZSM-5 zeolite products and further broadening its application scope would be the focus of future research.
