摘要
城市风貌特色规划作为总体规划层面的专项规划,其内容侧重于城市风貌特色定位、整体风貌区划、分项风貌系统指引等。依托颍上县总体规划,在充分研究地区人文与自然资源的基础上,分别从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提取城市风貌控制要素,对颍上县的风貌特色提出控制与指引的具体对策和方法,力求风貌控制要素在不同层面上下一致、逐级细化,体现风貌规划编制体系的内在联系性和统一性,实现规划管理部门的精细化管理。
Cityscape planning,as a special planning of the overall planning level,its content focuses on the characteristics of the urban landscape,the overall style zoning,sub style system guidelines,etc.. In this paper,control countermeasures are put forward to extract control elements based on the overall planning,humanities and natural resources,the macro,meso and micro levels attempting to be consistent in control elements of different levels and unity and realized in fine management of planning and management.
