摘要
以硝酸镍为镍源,采用微波辅助法导电基底Ni网上原位生长氧化镍微球,讨论了微波反应时间对纳米片状氧化镍微球结构和形貌的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌做了表征。结果表明,反应时间对产物结构和形貌具有较大的影响,当微波功率为100 W、反应时间为1.5 h时,电极的电流密度为1 A/g,电极的比容量达到350 F/g,并呈现出较好的倍率特性。
The hierarchical nickel oxide microspheres with extended nanoflakes on Ni foam were prepared via microwave- assisted method with Ni(NO3)2 as the Ni source.The effect of the reaction time on the morphology and structure of the NiO spheres has also been investigated systematically.The microstrueture and morphologies of the resulting materials were charac- terized by XRD ,SEM, and TEM.Resuhs indicated that reaction time had a large influence on the product's structure and morphology.When the microwave power was 100 W, reaction time was 1.5 h and current density of electrode was 1 A/g, spe- cific capacitance of electrode reached 350 F/g and showed an excellent rate characteristics.
