摘要
通过制备面贴膜乳液,以细菌纤维素膜与蚕丝、棉纤维为载体,对乳液中透明质酸(HA)进行体外透皮实验,考察不同载体对HA的释放影响。并对不同质量分数HA乳液进行透皮释放和保湿性能研究,并与市售产品进行比对。结果表明,该乳液粒径完全符合三种材质(孔径大小)要求,浓度的不同也会影响HA的释放量,表明细菌纤维素膜是HA释放的良好载体;不同质量分数的HA的保湿性不同,与市售产品对比,该乳液释放HA量更多、保湿性能更佳,效果更好。
By using bacterial cellulose ,silk and cotton fiber as the carrier respectively ,we conduct in vitro transdermal experiments to investigate the release of HA acid in the surface film emulsion .At the same time ,the moisturizing properties of HA emulsion of different mass fraction and compare that with commer-cially available products were studied .The results show that the particle size of the emulsion full meets the requirements of the three kinds of materials (pore size),different densities will also affect the release of HA acid molecules and the bacterial cellulose membrane is the best carrier of HA acid release .HA acid of different mass fraction differs in moisturizing performance .Compared with commercially available prod-ucts,the emulsion releases more HA acid ,performs better in moisturizing .
