摘要
基于欧拉多相流模型,模拟研究了空气喷涂喷雾流场特性。建立了喷雾气-液两相流模型和湍流模型,分析了喷锥的形状以及喷锥内涂料液相的分布规律和运动特性。结果表明:喷锥横截面为椭圆形,喷锥角为65°;喷锥截面内大粒径液相分布区域较小,小粒径液相在整个截面都有分布;喷锥短轴方向上,大粒径液相横向扩散速度略大于小粒径液相,长轴方向上,小粒径液相横向扩散速度明显大于大粒径液相。基于此,解释了实际喷涂中椭圆形涂膜短轴边缘区域分散的涂料膜较少,而其他边缘有大量分散涂料膜的现象。
This research investigates spray flow field of air spray with a Pneumatic Atomizer by performing computational sim-ulations using the Eulerian multiphase model. The gas- droplet two- phase flow model and turbulence model are established. Theanalysis was focused on the spray flow field, and the distribution and movement characteristic of paint droplets in the cone. Simula-tion results show that the cross section of spray cone is an oval, and the spray angle is 65°. The distribution area of big diameterdroplet phase is narrow, while the small one is wider. The transverse spread capability of big droplet phase is slightly larger thanthat of small droplet phase along the minor axis of oval-shaped section. However, the small droplet phase spreads significantly fur-ther than the big phase along the major axis. These experiment results can explain the phenomenon that there is little dispersed filmin the edge of minor axis, while plenty of film in the other edge.
