摘要
采用超前地质预报技术对煤矿斜井工作面前方不良地质进行预测是保障施工安全、优质和高效必不可少的工作。通过对比常见的4种超前地质预报的方法特点,结合采用盾构施工煤矿斜井过程中电磁环境复杂、工作面后方空间受限的施工条件,确定采用超前钻探作为斜井施工过程中的超前地质预报方法。同时,在国内首条采用盾构施工的煤矿斜井——神东补连塔煤矿斜井中进行了现场验证,并将预报结果与地勘资料、后期盾构出渣情况进行了对比。验证结果表明,超前钻探地质预报方法具有准确性和直观性,适合应用于采用盾构施工的煤矿斜井建设。
Advanced geology forecast for unfavorable geology beyo necessary work to make tunnel construction safe, high quality and nd coal slope tunnel working face is a efficient. In this paper, four advanced geology forecast methods are compared. In consideration of the complex electromagnetism environment and the limited space after shield, forward boring method is used to forecast the advanced geology. Meanwhile, forward boring method is applied in the first colliery inclined shaft tunnel by shield--Shendong Bulianta colliery. Furthermore, the forecast result is compared with the engineering geology database and shield residue. The results show that forward drilling method is an accuracy and intuitive method and it is suitable for colliery inclined shaft tunnel construction by shield.
