摘要
目的：应用Meta分析探讨肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）-308位点G/A多态性与寻常痤疮易感性的相关性。方法检索PUBMED、EMBASE和CNKI数据库自建库以来（分别是1948、1974、1994年）至2015年8月20日收录的相关文献，按照纳入与排除标准筛选出关于TNF-α基因-308位点多态性与寻常痤疮相关性的病例-对照研究文献，进行文献质量评价和数据提取，采用Stata12.0软件进行分析。结果共纳入7项研究，包括986例痤疮患者和1074例健康对照。总体分析未发现TNF-α-308位点G/A多态性和寻常痤疮有显著相关性。结论 TNF-α-308位点G/A多态性与寻常痤疮无显著相关性。
Objective To assess the association between tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α）-308 G/A polymorphism and the susceptibility to acne vulgaris by using a meta-analysis. Methods Relevant literature was searched in the PubMed（1948-August 20, 2015）, Embase（1974-August 20, 2015）and CNKI（1994-August 20, 2015）databases. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, case-control studies on the association between the TNF-α-308 G/A polymorphism and acne vulgaris were selected. Then, the quality of studies was evaluated, data were extracted, and statistical analysis was done by using Stata 12.0 software. Results Finally, 7 eligible studies were included in this meta-analysis, which comprised 986 patients with acne vulgaris and 1 074 healthy controls. No significant association was observed between the TNF-α-308 G/A polymorphism and acne vulgaris. Conclusion There is no significant association between TNF-α-308 G/A polymorphism and acne vulgaris.
