不锈钢紧边轧制的板型对后续加工及表面质量的影响

摘要 为了避免轧制过程中发生断带,不少不锈钢冷轧机组采用紧边轧制的方法,通过减小带钢边部变形量的方式减少边部缺陷的产生,但紧边轧制所产生的板型缺陷对后续的退火、平整、修磨、分切等工序及在制品和成品表面质量(表面缺陷)的影响十分显著,本文对此作出详细分析,并提出改进建议。 In order to minimize strip breakage during cold rolling,many cold rolling mills prefer to achieve a strip profile with tied edges by means of reducing edge elongation to avoid strip edge cracks. However,the strip profile with tied edges has significant negative influences for further processing steps such as annealing,skin pass rolling,coil grinding as well as slitting and cut to length,also for surface quality control. The article intends to summarize and analyze the disadvantages of tied edge rolling process and comments for improvement.
