柿竹园3000t/d选矿厂流程适宜性研究及实践

摘要 柿竹园多金属矿拥有独立的4种类型多金属矿床,矿物品种矿物品种多、矿石难选、工艺复杂。矿山拟新建钼铋钨多金属选矿厂,要求以处理钼铋钨多金属矿床矿石工艺流程为基础,同时兼顾处理钨钼铋多金属矿床矿石。通过对2种类型矿石的性质和选矿工艺流程进行研究,制定出新的选矿工艺流程。选矿厂按新工艺设计建成后,稳定生产一年半,生产指标超过了设计指标。钨、钼、铋、萤石精矿回收率分别比设计指标高3.48,8.09,11.74,15.91个百分点,钨、铋、萤石精矿品位分别比设计指标高2.72,7.95,1.50个百分点。说明研发的选矿流程对原矿的适应性好,实现了新建选矿厂处理2种类型矿石的目标,对类似矿山选矿厂的设计具有指导意义。 Shizhuyuan polymetallic mine has 4 separate types of polymetallic minerals deposit, with varieties of refractory minerals and complex process. The proposed molybdenum bismuth tungsten polymetallie concentrator is required to process molybdenum bismuth tungsten polymetallic ore and tungsten molybdenum bismuth polymetallic ore. Through studies on the properties of two types of ore and the processing flow, a new mineral processing technology was developed. After the completion with the new process design, production targets exceeded the design indexes in stable production for a year and a half. The recovery rates of tungsten, molybdenum, bismuth and fluorite were respectively 3.48, 8.09, 11.74 and 15.91percentage points higher than design indexes. The grades of tungsten, bismuth and fluorite concentrate were 2.72, 7.95, 1.50 percentage points higher than design indexes. The results showed that the research had good adaptability on the beneficiation process, and the new plant realized to process two types of ore, which had a guiding significance for the design of similar mine concentrators.
