摘要
目的研究血浆血小板4因子(platelet factor 4,PF4)水平检测对多灶性脑梗死患者的临床意义,探讨PF4水平与梗死面积、梗死灶数目之间的关系。方法临床纳入86例我院2013年3月至2015年9月期间收治的多灶性脑梗死患者作为观察组,另选取同期来我院进行体检的健康人86例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对两组对象进行PF4水平检测,观察两组对象PF4水平变化情况,观察脑梗患者梗死灶数目、梗死面积与PF4水平的关系,并观察患者发病后不同时间段、不同脑梗面积患者PF4水平变化情况。结果观察组患者PF4水平高于对照组,P<0.05。入院时不同梗死灶数目患者PF4水平随着梗死灶数目的增多而升高,P<0.05,梗死灶数目与PF4水平呈正相关,P<0.05;而不同梗死灶面积的患者PF4水平无差异,P>0.05,梗死灶面积与PF4水平无相关性,P>0.05。住院6-72h、7d的不同梗死灶面积患者PF4水平组间对比无差异,P>0.05;住院7d不同梗死灶面积患者PF4水平明显低于住院6-72h的患者,P<0.05。结论多灶性脑梗死患者梗死病灶数目越多,PF4水平越高,而病灶面积与PF4水平无关联。
Objective To study the clinical significance of PF4 changes in patients with multifocal cerebral infarction and explore the correlation of PF4 level with infarct size and number of infarction lesions. Methods 86 patients with multifocal cerebral infarction treated from March 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group. 86 healthy check-ups were selected as the control group. Through ELISA, the PF4 level was detected. The correlation of infarct size and number of infarction lesions with PF4 level were observed. At different time periods, the PF4 level of patients with different infarct sizes were observed. Results The PF4 level for observation group was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05); the PF4 level was increased with more infarction lesions(P〈0.05); the number of infarction lesions was positively correlated with PF4 level(P〈0.05); for patients of different infarct sizes, the PF4 level was not significantly different(P〈0.05); the infarct sizes had no correlation with PF4 level(P〈0.05); upon 6-72 h and 7d of admission, the PF4 level for patients of different infarct sizes was not significantly different(P〈0.05); for patients of different infarct sizes, the PF4 level upon7 d of admission was significantly lower than the patients upon 6-72 h of admission(P〈0.05). Conclusion For multifocal cerebral infarction patients, there are more infarction lesions and higher PF4 level. The infarct size has no correlation with PF4 level.
