摘要
高职院校人才培养是我国教育重点项目之一,在探索发展创新,研究更加合适的教育培养模式中,经费保障是基础。创新技能人才需要培养的是人才的创新思维、对新事物的思考等技能,在追求进步的同时还要考虑的是经济效益,只有将经济保障措施规范与完善,才能更好的进行创新技能人才培养计划。本文主要简述高职院校创新技能人才的培养现状,创新技能人才培养存在的问题以及解决措施。
