摘要
在火驱采油开发过程中,火驱生产井尾气量会随着生产时间的延长逐渐上升,并且尾气成分复杂。监测掌握尾气中各组分的含量可有效判断油层燃烧状态,确保尾气进入站内气系统的安全性,对保障火驱采油安全高效开发意义深远。针对油田生产过程中采出气监测的现状,开发设计了油井采出气组分在线监测报警系统,选用多气体检测传感器,实时监测尾气中氮气、氧气、二氧化碳、甲烷四种气体浓度值。由安装在监测点的有害气体监测仪输出信号传送至报警器,报警器通过内部控制器的运算和逻辑判断,发出声光报警信号,把采集的气体浓度值通过无线传输系统远传到值班室,实现对油井产出气在线实时监测。
In the development process of fire flooding,the tail gas production rate of the production well would gradually increase with time,and the tail gas composition is complex. Monitoring the content of the components in the tail gas can effectively determine the oil layer combustion state and make sure the safety of the exhaust gas into the gas system,which can ensure the safety and efficiency of oil displacement development. According to the present situation of oil production in the process of gas monitoring,the oil well producing gas group online monitoring and alarming system is developed,and the multiple gas detection sensors were selected to realize the real-time monitoring of tail gas of nitrogen,oxygen,carbon dioxide,methane four types of gas concentration value. The signal of harmful gas detected from the monitor is sent to the alarm,and the alarm make the judgment through the internal controller arithmetic and logical judgment to issue the audible and visual alarm. The acquisition of gas concentration values is sent to the duty room through the remote wireless transmission system to realize the online real-time monitoring of oil and gas production.
