摘要
目前,对近水平倾斜井主要是通过实验和理论进行研究,得到的实验数据有限,利用数值模拟手段进一步研究,可以丰富实验数据,节省人力和物力。利用模拟软件fluent采用三种不同条件对Φ20 mm水平小管柱进行模拟,寻求更为理想模拟结果,并以其模型对近水平不同倾斜角度小管柱进行模拟。结果表明,基于fluent对水平小管柱油水两相进行数值模拟具有可行性,不同倾斜角度对小管柱内的油水两相的流型、速度和持水率均有影响。
The experimental data is limited from the study of nearly horizontal slant well,the numerical simulation study can enrich the experimental data,and save cost. In order to search ideal simulation result,the Φ20mm small string was used to simulated under three different conditions based on software FLUENT for simulating,and use the model to simulate the different angle of nearly horizontal small string.The results show that it is feasible to use the FLUENT software to simulate the small string in oil-water two phase,and the different angle can affect flow pattern in the small string of oil-water two phase,and also can affect the speed and the water holdup.
