摘要 目的对利奈唑胺中的残留溶剂进行测定。方法采用气相色谱法,6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基聚硅氧烷为固定液的毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3.00μm);氢火焰离子化检测器,载气为氮气;进样口温度:150℃;检测器温度:210℃;柱初始温度40℃,维持8 min,以15℃·min^(-1)的速率升温至180℃,维持4 min。结果被测溶剂均能得到良好的分离,每一个溶剂的峰面积与浓度在一定的范围内均呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法作为利奈唑胺中残留溶剂的检测方法准确可靠,可用于利奈唑胺中残留溶剂的测定。 Objective To establish a gas chromatogram method to determine the residual solvents in linezolid. Methods Gas chromatogram was used with 6% cyanopropyl phenyl-94% dimethyl polysiloxane as the stationary liquid capillary chromatographic column(30 m×0.53 mm×3.00 μm), with FID detector and nitrogen as the carrier gas. The injector temperature was 150 ℃; the detector temperature was 210 ℃; the column temperature rosed by program: the initial temperature was 40 ℃ and maintained for 8 min, rosed to 180 ℃ at a rate of 15 ℃·min^(-1) and maintained for 4 min. Results The solvents were completely separated, and the calibration curves of each solvent had a good linearity at a certain range. Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to determine the residual solvents in linezolid.
