摘要
为激励更多优秀大学生创业,打造更多成功的青年企业家,孵化更多有规模、有品牌的企业,全面提升大学生创业能力,要进一步更新观念,完善制度环境,提升扶持手段,多角度全方位帮扶大学生创业。一是升级观念,着力转变对大学生创业的认知;二是完善制度,构建社会力量参与大学生创业的配套环境;三是提升手段,提高推进大学生创业的政策效果。
To encourage more outstanding students participate in entrepreneurship,create more successful young entrepreneurs, hatch more massive, brand enterprises, enhance students＇ entrepreneurial ability,further update the concept,improve the institutional environment,promote the institutional environment,enhance support means,and help college students participate in entrepreneurship in multiple way.Firstly,upgrading the concept,focus on the transformation of students＇ entrepreneurial cognition;secondly,improving the system,and construct the supporting environment for social forces to participate in students＇ entrepreneurship;thirdly,enhancing the support means,improve the effect of entrepreneurship policy.
