摘要 氯离子对混凝土结构耐久性的影响显著,基于Fick第二定律中氯离子扩散方程与混凝土中热传导守衡方程的相似性,提出可运用ANSYS热分析模块预测混凝土中氯离子浓度的二维分布,由此借助ANSYS概率分析模块考虑保护层厚度、表面氯离子浓度等因素的随机性,建立基于概率的混凝土结构工作寿命的数值模型,分析相应失效概率的寿命期望值,进行结构耐久性寿命预测。运用该模型分析了各影响因素的统计参数对耐久性寿命的影响,表明保护层厚度、氯离子扩散系数时间衰减指数是影响混凝土结构耐久性寿命的最重要因素。 Chloride ion has significant influence on durability of reinforced concrete structure. Based on the similarity of chloride ion diffusion equations of fick second law and equations of conservation of heat conduction in concrete,a two-dimension numerical simulation method which can be used to reveal chloride ion concentration distribution of concrete has been established by using the thermal analysis module of ANSYS. Furthermore,a digital model was established by means of the probabilityanalysis module of ANSYS in order to predict durability life of concrete structure. In the model,the calculation of working life of concrete structure and the corresponding failure probability is based on probability,and some randomness factors including cover thickness and surface chloride concentration were considered.The influence of each influence factor's statistical parameter on durability life was analyzed by the model,the results show that: cover thickness and time attenuation index of chloride diffusion coefficient are the most important factors.
