透水混凝土的路用性能分析 被引量:12

摘要 透水混凝土作为一种新型的路面结构材料,其制备工艺和性能优化设计等问题近年来已受到国内外学者的广泛关注和研究。通过对透水混凝土的制备,确定了透水混凝土的原材料和配合比。复掺了两种新型透水混凝土外加剂ZS-3和Etonish 845,通过抗压、抗折强度等实验对比分析外加剂对透水混凝土的物理特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:骨料级配与水灰比是影响透水混凝土抗压强度与孔隙率的主要因素;添加外加剂ZS-3和Etonish845可改善透水混凝土的性能;从强度与透水性双重角度看,新制备的透水混凝土可适用于轻型道路使用。 As a new-type material for pavement structure,porous concrete has aroused a broad attention and discussion all around the world on the preparation technology and optimization design. The choice of material ingredient and its proportion of porous concrete have been discussed and corresponding tests has been done. Porous concrete were tested compressive strength and flexural strength by adding two kind different concrete admixtures including ZS-3 and Etonish 845. The results indicate gradation and particle size of aggregate and ratio of aggregate to cement are the key factors affecting porosity and compressive strength of porous concrete; concrete admixtures such as ZS-3 and Etonish 845 can approve the properties of the porous concrete; porous concrete is suitable to light transportation in strength and permeable ability.
