摘要
某电厂600 MW汽轮发电机组配套汽动给水泵组润滑油中长期进水,严重影响设备安全运行。通过对小汽轮机轴封、油挡及汽泵机械密封、油挡进行调整改造,优化运行方式,解决了给水泵汽轮机组润滑油中进水的问题。
The 600 MW steam turbine generator unit in a power plant is matched with the steam supply pump , which has water for a long period , and seriously affects the safe operation of the equipment. Through the adjustment and transformation of the small steam turbine shaft seal, oil block, steam pump mechanical seal, and oil blocking the operation mode is optimized , and the problem of feedwater pump steam turbine lubricating oil in water is solved .
