摘要
目的分析参芪扶正注射液对胸部肿瘤患者放疗前后的血浆细胞因子调控作用。方法在该次研究中,随机选取了该院收治的116例胸部肿瘤患者,对这些患者进行随机编码,单数号码患者为对照组,双数号码患者为观察组,对照组患者采用的是常规放疗治疗,而观察组患者则采用的是放疗后用参芪扶正注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果通过对两组患者放疗前的血浆检测结果进行对比分析发现,两组患者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对于放疗中两组患者的血浆检查结果得知,两组患者TGF-β都有明显的升高,而对于ⅠL-10物质则逐渐下降,但两组患者之间的差异无统计学意义。而对于血浆检查中的TNF-α物质,对照组患者在放疗前后具有明显的差异,且同同时期的观察组患者相比也具有明显的差异性,两组患者之间的数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胸部肿瘤放疗患者,其对患者的放射性肺炎易感性检测指标可以通过TFN-α和ⅠL-10/TFN-α的比值进行确定。通过参芪扶正注射液能够对患者的细胞因子网络进行有效的控制。
Objective To analyze the regulatory effect of Shen Qi Fu Zheng Injection on plasma cytokines in patients with thoracic tumor before and after radiotherapy. Methods In this study, randomly selected were treated in our hospital from116 patients with chest tumor, random coding for these patients, the singular number patients as the control group, the dual number patients into observation group and control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy, and patients in the observation group uses is after radiotherapy with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection intravenous drip treatment. Results The plasma levels of the two groups were compared before and after radiotherapy, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. For the two groups of patients with plasma examination results that the two groups of patients with TGF- beta have increased significantly, while the ⅠL-10 substance is gradually decreased, but the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant. And for the examination of plasma TNF alpha substance, control group patients before and after radiotherapy has obvious difference and the same period of observation groups compared with obvious differences, and differences in data between the two groups of patients with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with thoracic tumor radiotherapy, the susceptibility of radiation pneumonia in patients can be determined by the ratio of TFN- alpha and I L-10/TFN- alpha. Through the effective control of the cytokine network of the patient by Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection.
