摘要
本文面对当今耕地日益锐减的严峻形势,用大量的事实阐述了地埂利用的可行性和普遍意义。地埂利用,就是在被一般人们忽视了的田坎地埂上,种植林、豆、果药等经济植物。它既能挖掘土地潜力,优化土地利用组合,增加群众经济收入;又能巩固地埂,稳定基本农田,保持水土,促进粮食产量提高,缓解林粮、果粮争地矛盾。这是一举多得的好事情,值得重视推广。
Under the severe condition of the sharp decrease of farmland , the paper details the feasibility and significance of utilization of borders of the terraced field based on a great deal of actual examples, Borders of the terraced field, which had been neglected by many people,qan be used for planting economic plants such as legumies,fruit-trees,medicinal herbs etc.Planting on borders can not only tap the latent potentialities of land and reach a optimized composition of land utilization to enhance the economic income,but also can consolidate the borders and ensure basic, farmland to increase the crop output. Besides,soil and water can be better preserved and the contradiction of land use between forest, fruit-tree and crop due to lack of land can be mitigated.It is worthwhile to be popularized in many areas.
