摘要
目的：探讨品管圈活动在防范静脉用药调配中心排药差错中的效果，为今后的工作提供参考。方法：以2016年1～2月我院静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）工作情况作为本组研究的资料，自2月开始结合科室实际情况，开展品管圈活动整理静脉用药调配中心排药错误资料，分析出错原因和影响因素，并制订相应的防范措施，对比开展品管圈活动前后静脉用药调配中心错误变化情况。结果：开展品管圈活动后，静脉用药调配中心一个月排药总数量为47864组，共发生排药错误13次，其中药品错4次，药品多排、少排6次，液体错排3次，每周平均出错3．25件，与开展前比较明显下降，差异具有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论：通过在静脉用药调配中心调配人员中开展品管圈活动，能够明显减少排药错误的发生，提高药物调配效率与准确率。

Conclusions： intravenous drug allocation in QC circle activities in personnel, could significantly reduce the occurrence of medication errors, improve deployment efficiency and accuracy.
