冬、春过渡期内新疆电网两起金属氧化锌避雷器故障分析及对策 被引量:4

Analysis and Countermeasures Discussion on Two Faults of MOA in Xinjiang Power Grid during Winter and Spring Transition

摘要 对新疆电网在冬、春过渡期间发生的两起金属氧化锌避雷器事故进行了分析。通过对避雷器进行外观检查、诊断试验、解体分析和质量管控调查分析,发现故障的主要原因,是由于避雷器本身的抽气孔未有效密封,直接导致了避雷器密封失效,冬春过渡期冰雪雨水缓慢进入,导致内部受潮引起事故,同时生产厂家质量管控环节中对返修品进行二次检测时存在的管理不足,是导致避雷器发生故障的另一个原因。针对避雷器容易发生密封失效和质量管控存在的问题,提出了加强避雷器运维管理的相应应对策略和措施,指导避雷器更加安全可靠地运行。 The authors introduce two faults of MOA in Xinjiang power grid during winter and spring transition, which ar analyzed by the methods such as appearance inspection, diagnostic test,disassemble analysis and quality control analysis. The main fault reason is found that there is no seal for its pumping air hole, which directly leads to the surge arrester seal failure,then ice and snow rain slowly go into the MOA causing humidified insulation; meanwhile the manufacturer's management deficiencies for quality control of secondary detection of reprocessed product is another main reason.Aiming at the problems of seal failure and quality controls, some coping strategies and measures are point out to strengthen the management of surge arrester operations,which may guide the lightning arrester to run safely and reliably.
