摘要
采用单辊快淬法制备了Fe_(76-x)Hf_xY_4B_(20)(x=2、4、6 at%)非晶合金,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、差热分析仪(DTA)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究了该系列合金的微观结构、非晶形成能力、热性能和磁性能。结果表明:适量添加Hf元素可提高合金的非晶形成能力。Hf含量的增加提高了合金的第一晶化峰峰值T_p温度。Fe_(76-x)Hf_xY_4B_(20)(x=2、4、6at%)三种非晶合金的饱和磁化强度M_s值分别为123、96、82 emu/g,矫顽力H_c都非常小,样品表现出良好的软磁性能。
Fe76xHfxY4B20 (x=2,4,6at%) amorphous alloys were prepared by melt-spinning technique. The microslructure, glass forming ability, thermal property and magnetic property of the alloy were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), differential thermal analysis(DTA) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results show that adding appropriate Hf element can enhance the glass forming ability of alloys. The temperature of first crystallization peak increases with the increase of Hf content. The saturation magnetizations(Ms) of Fe7xHfxY4B20(x=2,4,6 at%) amorphous alloys is 123 emu/g, 96 emu/g, 82 emu/g, respectively, and the coercive forces are very small, then, the samples show good soft magnetic properties.
