摘要
针对变电站外包施工经常存在的一些问题及解决措施进行了探讨。提出了以现场管控为重点,加强流程管控和过程管控,对发现问题及时有效纠偏、以积分制为抓手推进外包作业精细化管控等为内容的解决措施,取得较好的施工成效。
This paper mainly discusses the problems and solutions frequently existing in substation outsourcing construction, and puts forward the solving measures with on-site controls regarded as the key point-based, strengthening the process and program control, correcting deviation with discovered problems timely and effectively,and regarding integral system as research object to promote the lean management for outsourcing construction. And good results has been obtained in construction.
