摘要
建筑工程的安全生产是建筑工程项目管理的重要内容,关系到建筑工程质量、工期及施工人员的生命安全。加强建筑工程安全监督管理,构建完善的安全监督管理体系,对遏制安全事故发生,保障建筑工程顺利进行有着重要作用。从分析建筑工程安全监督管理存在的问题入手,对强化安全监督管理的策略进行探讨,并探寻其实践意义,期望对规范建筑行业良好的运行秩序有所帮助。
