摘要 本文对高速铁路建设中双线仰拱施工所用的设备和浇筑工艺进行了详细的研究,采用何种方法控制仰拱边墙的弧线形状以及混凝土浇筑的外观质量如何保障也是本文重点研究的内容。仰拱所用的钢筋间距和保护层厚度的控制可以通过安装定位装置来实现,排水管的位置固定可以通过事先在模板上设置预留孔来实现,促进混凝土振捣效果的提升。模架端头处设置一定数量的配重块,确保模架在施工过程中保持固定,不发生位移。本文将对仰拱移动模架在工程项目中的应用情况进行研究,实践证明仰拱移动模架浇筑工艺的应用能够有效缩短工期并保证工程质量。 This paper of the high-speed railway construction in double inverted arch construction equipment and casting technology were studied in detail,adopt what kind of method to control the inverted arch side wall arc shape and pouring the concrete appearance quality how to guarantee is the emphasis of this paper research content.Invert the spacing of reinforcement and protection layer thickness control can be by an installing and positioning device,the position of the drainage tube can be fixed by prior on the template settings reserved hole to achieve and promote the concrete vibrating effect.Frame ends up a certain number of weights,ensure the mold remain fixed in the construction process,no displacement.This paper on inverted arch of MSS in the project application and study.Practice has proved that invert mobile mould casting technology application can effectively shorten the construction period and ensure the quality of engineering.
