摘要
王炳照是当代著名的教育史学家,在近半个世纪的学术生涯中,王炳照承继教育史界老前辈的薪火,取得了较高的学术成就,在书院制度、科举考试、传统蒙学、私立学校等研究领域均有建树,同时还培养了一大批教育史专业的学术人才,对我国新时期教育史学科的重建和发展起到了承前启后的作用。
Wang Bingzhao is the famous modern Educational historian. In about 50 years of his academic life, he undertook the cause of his seniors in educational history and achieved great successes in academy. His academic achievements are concerning numerous domains as the system of Shuyuan academy, imperial examination, traditional initiation education, private schools, etc. He has trained many scholars in the academy and contributed greatly as a bridge to the rebuilding and development of the discipline.
