摘要
在全面深化改革背景下,中共中央对非公有制经济发展提出了许多新的重大理论观点和政策支持,大大增强了非公有制企业发展的信心和动力,为我国非公有制经济发展创造难得的历史机遇期。但与此同时,也给非公有制经济发展带来新的挑战,非公有制企业只有积极应对挑战,才能抓住机遇大力发展。
In the process of comprehensively deepening reforms, the CPC Central Committee has come up with many new concepts and supportive policies, which enhanced the confidence and motivation of the non - public enterprises and opened up the period of historical opportunities for the development of non - public economy. Meanwhile, such initiatives also brought new challenges. Only if the non - public enterprises actively respond to such challenges, could they seize the opportunities for vigorous development.
