摘要
目的了解云南省大学生非婚性行为现况,为制定大学生性行为综合干预对策提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取云南省3所大学880名大一至大三的学生进行调查,分析大学生非婚性行为现况。结果云南省大学生自报告性行为发生率达22.07%（141名）,男生高于女生（χ^2=58.92,P〈0.01）,随着年龄的增加性行为的发生呈增高的趋势（χ^2=6.52,P〈0.05）。在141名有过性行为的大学生中,有16.31%的大学生首次性行为在13岁以前,有14.18%首次性行为年龄为13～17岁;有48.94%存在多性伴现象,有48.23%的学生在最近一次发生性行为时未使用避孕套,有19.86%的学生曾经怀孕或使他人怀孕。结论云南省大学生的非婚性行为情况较为严重,性行为低龄化和不安全性行为现象严重,性病及艾滋病防控形势不容乐观。
Objective To study the epidemic status of the non-marital sexual behavior among university students in Yunnan and to provide the scientific basis and reference for making the policies, strategies and the comprehensive intervention. Methods The multistage stratified proportion sampling was used to investigate freshmen, sophomores and juniors selected from 3 universities for analysis of the epidemic status of the non-marital sex behaviors. Results The incidence rate of non-marital sexual behavior among Yunnan university students was 22.07%. The rate of the boys＇ non-marital sexual behavior was higher than that of girls＇. And with the age increasing, the non-marital sexual behavior showed an increasing trend. There are 16. 31% of the students who have first sexual behavior before the age of 13; there are 14.18% of the students whose first sexual behavior between the 13 to 17 years old; there are 48.94% of the students who have multiple sex partners; there are 48.23% of the students who didn＇ t use condoms in the latest sexual behavior; there are 19.86% of the students who are pregnant or made someone pregnant. Conclusion The problem of the university students＇ non-marital sexual behavior in Yunnan is serious, with having sexual behavior at low age and unsafe sexual behavior. It is not optimistic about the prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.
