摘要
目的探究在外科病房的护理工作中应用中医特色护理的效果。方法择取我院于2014年3月—2015年9月期间外科病房收治的住院手术患者150例,依据其入院的时间分为实验组和参照组,实验组75例,参照组75例,实验组患者接受中医特色护理,参照组患者接受常规护理。使用SDS和SAS评分对比两组患者在手术前的心理和情绪,以及在手术进程中的依从性和术后的护理满意度。结果实验组患者在手术前的焦虑、抑郁心理和情绪显著优于参照组患者,且手术依从性明显高于参照组患者,实验组依从性为97.3%(73/75),参照组依从性为81.3%(61/75),两组间差异在统计学层面上存在意义,P<0.05;实验组患者的术后护理满意度明显高于参照组患者,实验组患者的护理满意度为98.7%(74/75),参照组患者的护理满意度为88.0%(66/75),两组间差异在统计学层面上存在意义,P<0.05。结论在外科病房的护理工作中应用中医特色护理,能够有效缓解患者在接受手术前的负性心理和情绪,且患者在手术进程中拥有较高的依从性,提升护理满意度,值得临床上推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of th e traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in surgical wards. Methods 150 cases of patients in surgical ward of our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected. According to the admission time, they were divided into experimental group of 75 cases and control group of 75 casese. The experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. The control group received conventional nursing care. Using SDS and SAS scores, preoperative psychology and emotion, and compliance in the operation process and postoperative nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The preoperative anxiety, depression, psychology and emotion of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the operation compliance of the experimental group was 97.3 %（ 73/75）which was highere than 81.3%（61/75） of the control group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups P 〈0.05.Postoperative nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients was 98.7 %（ 74/75） which was obviously higher than 88.0%（ 66/75） of control group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups P 〈0.05. Conclusion The application of the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in surgical wards can effectively alleviate the negative psychology and emotions of patients before surgery, patients have high adherence in the operation process, it can improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
