摘要 中医药研究生的主要培养目标是德艺双馨、有益于社会和国家的人才,其培养也应符合中医药学本身的规律。导师学术经验的传承在研究生德育工作中可起到补充、示范、导向的作用,两者之间紧密联系、相辅相成,将传授业务知识和德育有机的结合起来,充分发挥导师在其中的优势,有助于研究生的全面发展,是培养道德高尚和业务出色中医药事业接班人的重要途径之一。 The goal of cultivating TCM postgraduate students is to train famous doctor of morality and skills, which is beneficial to the society and the country's talents. The training should also comply with the principle of TCM. The heritage of tutor academic experience has the effect ofsupplement, demonstration and guidance in the moral education of graduate student. There is closely link between the two. It can combine specialized knowledge and moral education, give full play to the advantages of mentors, and help the graduate student's comprehensive development. It is one of the important ways to cultivate the high moral and professional business doctors of TCM.
