摘要
如何对临床疗效确切的中药及其复方运用现代化研究方法阐述其作用机制,是中药及其复方研究中亟待解决的问题,也一直是中药及其复方的研究热点。宁泌泰胶囊是临床上治疗泌尿系统疾病的常用药,其疗效确切、毒副作用小,但整方的药学基础研究还不够完善,因此本文对宁泌泰胶囊的相关药理学及化学研究进行综述,希望能对后续研究进一步提供基础依据。
How to explan the action mechanism using modern research methods of the Chinese medicine and its compound which has curative clinical effect is the study urgently need to be solved, and has yet been a research focus. Ningmitai capsule is commonly used to treat urinary disease clinically, and it has undoubted efficacy and low toxicity. But the whole party pharmaceuticars basic re- search of it is still not perfect, so this article reviewed the pharmacology and related chemical composition studies of Ningmitai cap- sule, hoping to provide a basis for future further study.
