摘要
目的分析和研究针对中风患者应用中医情志护理进行治疗的临床价值。方法选取2014年10月—2015年12月来我院治疗的中风患者120例作为研究对象,均分成2组,每组各60例。对照组中风患者给予临床常规护理进行治疗,而试验组中风患者应用中医情志护理进行干预。结果结果显示,试验组中风患者护理后的各个阶段的神经功能恢复评分均优于对照组,存在差别,P<0.05。2组患者的抑郁和焦虑自量表评分结果显示,试验组患者心理状况均优于对照组患者,存在差异,P<0.05。结论不同护理方式在临床治疗中风疾病的护理上都有一定的作用价值,但是中医情志护理可以明显的改善患者治疗期间的各项指标,减少了不良状况的发生。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical value of TCM emotional nursing path intervention on stroke patients.Methods 120 cases of stroke patients treated in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical care treatment. The experimental group was given TCM emotional nursing intervention. Results The results showed that the neurological function recovery scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group at all stages after stroke, and there was a difference between the two groups, P〈0.05.Self-report of depression and anxiety in the two groups of patients table showed that the psychological condition of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and there were differences P〈0.05. Conclusion Different nursing methods in the treatment of stroke disease nursing has a certain role in the value, but TCM emotional nursing can significantly improve the indicators during treatment, and reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions.
