摘要
目的小针刀配合中药热敷疗法治疗髌骨骨折后伸直性膝关节僵硬临床疗效观察。方法将24例髌骨骨折后伸直性膝关节僵硬患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各12例,观察组采用小针刀配合中药热敷疗法,对照组采用单纯针灸治疗,观察和比较2组患者疗效。结果经过2个疗程治疗,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论小针刀配合中药热敷疗法治疗髌骨骨折后伸直性膝关节僵硬较单纯针灸手法治疗获得更好的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of needle knife combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot compress therapy in the treatment of stretching knee joint stiffness after patellar fracture. Methods 24 sufferers with stretching knee joint stiffness after patellar fracture were divided into observation group and control group, with 12 sufferers in each group. The observation group used small needle knife combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot compress therapy. The control group adopted acupuncture and moxi-bustion treatment. The curative effect was observed. Results After two treatments, the clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effect of needle knife combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot compress therapy in the treatment of stretching knee joint stiffness after patellar fracture was better than that of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
