从继续教育的理念、形式、内容、质量、投入、评估等六个制约继续教育效率的因素出发 ,较全面地阐述了各自的现状、问题及其对策。
This paper analyses 6 elements (conception, form, content, quality, input and assessment) affecting effects of further education, and overall expounds their current situations, problems and countermeasures respectively in a all-round way.
