摘要
通过对钢结构厂房类项目围护系统容易漏水部位进行剖析,结合某在建项目,对柱中横竖板交接、山墙与屋面板收边、窗边泛水节点、通风气楼等关键节点的设计进行改进,有效地解决了厂房节点的构造设计和安装缺陷问题,避免了常规漏点,满足了建筑物的使用功能。结果表明:采取导、堵、防措施,有效进行设计和施工的改进,成功避免了围护结构渗漏的发生。此外,对围护结构相关的次构件关键节点施工进行了简要介绍。
Combined with a project under construction,enclosure system's easy leakage parts of the project of steel structure workshop were analyzed,the design of some key joints was improved,such as the column in the horizontal vertical handover,gable and roof panel edge,window flashing joint,ventilation clearstory and so on,which could effectively solve the workshop structure design and installation defects,it could also avoid the conventional leakage parts so as to meet the using function of the building. The results showed that the design and construction of the structure could be effectively improved,and avoided the occurrence of the leakage. The key joint of the secondary members of the building envelope related to the construction was also briefly introduced.
