摘要
本文以绿色建筑评价体系的减碳指标为研究对象,选取LEED、BREEAM、DGNB、CASBEE、EEWH五个具有代表性的绿色建筑评价体系,通过对比五个体系减碳指标权重、所属上级指标及计算方法,发现对于减碳指标权重,DGNB权重最高,LEED权重最低;对于所属上级指标,多数体系将减碳指标包含在环境影响相关指标及能源、材料相关指标中。在计算方法上,DGNB、BREEAM及CASBEE,都给出了建筑全生命周期CO2排放计算方法。通过比较总结,本文提出了我国绿色建筑评价标准在减碳指标方面的改进建议。
The paper studied the carbon emission indicators in green building rating systems. Based on the comparative research methodology,the authors investigated five representative green building rating systems:LEED,BREEAM,DGNB,CASBEE and EEWH,and conducted detailed analyses of their carbon emission indicators. The weight of carbon emission indicators and the calculation methodology were compared. According to the comparison,DGNB had the highest weight while LEED had the lowest weight. As for carbon emission indicators,only DGNB,CASBEE and BREEAM offered calculation method for CO2 calculation. Suggestions were offered for Assessment Standard for Green Building of China.
